“Since high school, I knew that I wanted to be a coach,” Anderson said. Pritchard, who was pregnant at the time of Anderson’s hire, would be missing games in the middle of the season due to maternity leave. In two short years, Anderson has collected an NAIA national championship, a Crossroads League title, and was named to the American Volleyball Coaches’ Association 30 Under 30 list.Īnderson got more than she bargained for in her first season on the bench.
